About PropFlow

PropFlow is a compliance-first rental manager built for Indian landlords, PGs and small portfolios. It started from a simple frustration: the everyday paperwork of renting — HRA-valid rent receipts, notary-ready leave & license agreements, and keeping track of property tax, water and electricity dues — is fiddly, easy to get wrong, and usually means juggling templates, spreadsheets and reminders. PropFlow puts all of it in one place, with the compliance rules built in.

Our free tools — the rent receipt generator, the 12-month bulk receipts and the rental agreement builder — need no signup and are used to produce documents that stand up as tax and legal proof. When you're ready, a free account lets you log every rent payment, auto-issue receipts, and track statutory dues across one house portion, a hostel bed, or a multi-unit building — all from a single engine.

We never touch your rent money

This is a deliberate design choice. PropFlow never processes, holds, or moves rent money. There is no payment gateway, no escrow and no wallet. Tenants pay you directly, exactly as they do today; PropFlow simply records that a payment happened and issues the receipt. Your money never routes through us, so there's nothing for us to lose, freeze or delay.
